You can choose to customise the services that you desire of which consultation & planning hours will be charged at an hourly rate.We will provide a progress report of the time spent on planning, meetings, discussions and phone calls made on your behalf.

Pre-wedding planning, preparation and co-ordination such as sourcing of and negotiating with vendors and analyse contracts/prices/packages for bridal photography, F&B/dinner reception, entertainment, flowers, beauty treatments, etc.

Coordination of hotels for out-of-town guests

RSVP response card tracking

Organise final guest list and table/floor plan seating arrangement (advise by bride/groom)

This package is suitable for the couple who need assistance in sourcing of vendors, organising and managing the wedding day event and rundown, especially behind the scene supervision and co-ordination. We will be your eyes and ears during the reception to ensure a smooth run so that you, your mom and your best friend can enjoy a stress-free evening and simply bask in your most beautiful moment!

Scope of service includes:

Poviding professional consultation in the areas relating to wedding day co-ordination and management such as theme conceptualisation, venue layout, budget planning, etc.

Sourcing of vendors/service providers relating to the wedding day arrangements.

Act as your personal assistant in liaison with all appointed vendors/service providers.

Sourcing and managing wedding favours.

Wedding event management which includes supervision of setup by vendors/service providers, programme rundown & timing, behind the scene co-ordination during reception, on-site troubleshooter, etc.

Post-wedding event follow up.

Duration: 6* months ahead of wedding
This service is suitable for the couples who only require consultation and assistance in conceptualising the wedding theme and managing the venue decor.

Scope of service includes:

Conceptualisation of wedding theme and venue decor based on couple’s idea/dream and background (love story, interests, wedding dream description and anything that is uniquely them)

Budget planning and management for the thematic wedding design.

Detailed design of your selected wedding theme for your reviews and approval.

Sourcing for vendors that are required for the creation of the wedding theme.

Supervise and co-ordinate actual day set up of the venue decor and ensure that set up is as per agreed design.

Post event follow up, i.e. ensuring decorations are properly dismantled and disposed by vendors.

Contact point between the couple and vendors.

*We advise 6 months ahead of wedding day so that all the other relevant items such as wedding invitation card, wedding favours and dress code can be prepared in accordance to the selected wedding theme conceptualised for the wedding day.
